Hello, all,
I am running macOS Tahoe and am trying to copy files from a playlist to an empty folder. With Previous version of iTunes/Music I used to be be bale to drag files directly from the Music window to the empty folder and it would copy them to it whilst leaving the originals in place. I am trying to do this with a list of 473 songs. However when I do this it only copies around 70 of the songs and even if I try it in smaller amounts it doenst do it.
My music library is over 100,000 songs almost entirely in MP3 format stored locally on my SSD. I thought organising my library may help but when I try to do so and I tick the boxes to consolidate the library it briefly shows a progress bar saying preparing to copy but that disappears fairly quickly. Even when I try to copy the files directly from the finder to the empty folder it doesnt do it. I tried repairing disc permission and disk first aid but noe of the show any errors. Can any suggestion anything to help?
Thanks in advance.
