Music Library Streaming

Has anyone found an App that will allow you to access your iTunes library from your iPad while you're on your home network? I was actually surprised that the iPad didn't have this function - built-in. This function is built into the full version of iTunes (i.e. my MBP can see my home library and play music from it).

I have a huge music library and I don't want to fill up the space on my iPad.
