Music not downloading to Music App since iOS 10 update

Hi guys,

Since I went on to iOS 10 I noticed that some songs that I had bought on iTunes and some songs that I'd moved into music from my CD's have not synced onto Music.

I get the Cloud symbol next to the song and can only listen to the songs if I'm on wifi.

I went and re-synced the phone a few times and still no luck.

What have I done wrong?
