Music on watch

I may have missed this but can you no longer play music directly from the watch speaker? Was it a change in OS4? I’m sure I was able to do this before the update?

Not sure if the ability to play music through the Watch's tiny armature speaker should be called a 'feature'.

One of the keynotes in past (may have been first keynote that showed apple watch) did show music playing out the speaker. But that feature never made it to reality.
