iPod touch Music - Opens random albums?

Not sure if it is supposed to do this. Whenever I turn on the iPod Touch and click music, instead of going to the list of all albums or artists or whatever, it pulls up a specific album and I have to back all the way out to look at everything.

Except, it doesn't pull up the last album I was playing. It seems to randomly pick an album that I've played recently.

How can I prevent it from doing this?

Mine does that too if I pause during the middle of a song and open up music some time later. No idea on how to fix it. I think it is supposed to do it.
