iPod touch Music playback problems with 3.0

since the upgrade, when I hit the next song button, it often jumps 2 songs ahead. So if I'm on Track 1, hit next song and I go to track 3. While track 3 is playing it shows the name of track 2. When I continue to hit next song, it gets worse. Eventually, a song will start at the beginning, it will say I'm at the 3:25 or so and the name won't even be the prior song.

Also, everything seems slower.

Anyone seen the music problem?
