iPad Music Player and Manager for FLAC file library

I'm looking for some specific control in a music app to control my high fidelity audio collection. I have a library of FLAC files converted from my CD Albums and I will be moving that whole library to a NAS drive that will be attached via ethernet to my Wifi router. I'll run everything off my iPad feeding my stereo system which will access the music via a WiFi dongle. I really want to force my guests to choose a full album instead of jumping around from track to track so I'd like to have a way to just offer in the player/manager app a copy of the album cover (included in the FLAC file) and basically offer PLAY without any choice of individual tracks. Does anyone have any suggestions about where I might start with this? I've been told in Apple apps I'd probably want to use Clementine or VLC but it seems like there are a lot of options and I don't want to overlook any good option? I of course would also want to be able to control volume via Wifi.
