Music player designed for (mobile) rating music

I often use my iPhone on the road (bike/car) to play my favourite music (4 stars and up) but also my unrated music.
What I would like to do is be able to rate the music on the go and with the iPod app it is a big hassle. Especially when switching to other apps.

The app I am looking for should
- be able to shuffle-play all music on my iPhone
- show album art for fast recognition. (not interested in the rest of the titles on the album)
- have a large rating system, that can be accurately touched without really looking and with vibrations.
- have large artist and song name.

Anyone know such an app? I could not find it yet.

Today I actually took a look at the developer pages of Apple to investigate if I could make an app like that...

It says a basic knowledge of C is necessary... so unfortunately unless I would learn how to program I can't make it my self.

Is there a way to send a request for an app?
