I am using the iPhone 4S, using the default Music app, while playing songs from a playlist with 1,886 songs. The reason I have so many songs in one playlist, is because I want each album to play out continuously in track order.
The shuffle and repeat icons are unlit and turned off. I even have the "shake to shuffle" turned off from the settings.
Yet every so often, it shuffles onto a random song. Even if I try manually going into the playlist and selecting the last played song, it automatically goes back to the randomly shuffled song.
I am still using iOS 6 as the new iPhone software isn't out yet.
