music player with its own library folder for iphone

Hello, I was wondering if you guys know of any music player with the ability to change the music library? I don't want to use iTunes nor want to sync my songs, I just want to throw them in a folder and let the music player do all the work. also I don't want it to change the name of the songs with weird characters, I don't know if it's too much to ask or if this has been asked many times.
