I recently upgraded from iPhone 13 Pro to iPhone 14 Pro. In so doing, I lost the changes I made to playlists -- partly due to what I think is a disparity between iCloud and sync (local), which is another issue. I have over 8,000 songs. I have tried to determine which changes I made by creating smart lists, looking at most recently played, etc. But it appears that is limited to what you play on MacOS. The iOS app doesn't allow you do to much at all (why?).

Is there some way I can derive these figures from my iOS device or is the data just lost at this point.

I also noticed on iOS that the lists there like Recently Played are entirely inaccurate, some of those songs I've not played in weeks or months.

As a matter of course, I use iMazing to back up my stuff, too; but as the developers have pointed out, Apple refuses access to the Music API, so we can't even back that up externally (face palm). Is there some other clever way around this, I just want to preserve my data and have a consistent UX.
