Music Playlists

This might be a total noob question, but one I can't figure out. How do I get any playlists I have on my phone to be available on the ATV4? The only playlists available are "purchased". Any help would be appreciated!

Check to see if Match is on. If not using ITunes Match then home sharing needs to be on as does the PC where all your files are....I think... We use match so that has to be on for us.
