Music Progress Bar on Lock Screen?

Is there any tweak or theme in existence that has the music progress bar on the lock screen when the home button is double tapped? I have been looking for a while with no luck.

I would do it myself but I don't really have the smarts to code yet.

I whipped up a little sample in Photoshop for a better idea.
