Music Quality/iTunes question?

I once checked the box in iTunes of "convert higher bit rate songs to 128kbps AAC".

However now I want the songs back to original quality, I believe I had some at 256 and most at 192 kbps.

How would I have all my songs go back to original quality rather than 128 kbps?

Are you using iTunes match? If so, you could delete and redownload in 256.

The option you're mentioning is only converting songs as they are copied to an iOS device. It doesn't impact the 'source' songs in your Mac's iTunes library.
