Music Roaming Charges

My music that I buy and transfer to iTunes I listen on the Music app. I'm subscribed to Match. If I listen to the music in Mexico with no WiFi, will I get charged for roaming? Or is it being played from a cloud.

It is being played from a cloud (this term simply refers to a server that stores your data rather than your device). But yes, you will have roaming fees for said data.
