Music sharing question

What is the best way to sort this scenerio out?

My sister is getting an ipod shuffle. She is going to use my music collection and buy songs with my account (should she?) Or should she create a new one on the same mac but with a different login? She will use the shuffle with my machine along with my ipod mini.

Anyway after a period of time, I will be moving and she will be getting her own OSX laptop. Will it be easy for her to play her music (the ones she bought from my account)? Or should she start her own account now on my machine. I don't know how this all works.

You can have up to five machines authorized to play the iTMS purchased music from one account.

It sounds like it would be better for her to get her own account. This way her music could be authorized on different machines than your music is. Also, it keeps it straight who has to pay for what.
