Music stops and can't remove icon

Hi,
I have an OTB 1.1.2 jail breaked iphone. I have had 2 issues with it I need advice on how to fix

1. Music stops when I go to use any other another function.
2. I have an icon (game) that is **** and want to remove it but can't.
3. If I reset my hacked iphone will I need to have it re-hacked?

Advice on how to fix this would be great.

Note: i can not remove any icon's sing the touch sceen so is there another way?
