Music Stops Playing With Wired Headphones and Bluetooth On

If I connect wired headphones (with lightning adapter) to my iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2) and play music while Bluetooth is on, the music will get interrupted eventually and stop. However, if I turn off Bluetooth, it’ll play uninterrupted.

Has anyone else encountered this problem?

Yep though slightly different, mine is when i play music via Bluetooth. It will play for a few seconds and then stop working i need to close of my app and the re open it and then start playing again after that i have no issues. Also running iOS14.2 on an iphone 12 pro. I don't recall having the issue on iOS14.1, there are a number of other threads having similar issues with BT and music and sound in general.
