Music Stored with Amazon S3?

I recently began using Amazon's S3 service to backup some of my files. However, I was thinking of taking it a bit further. Could I backup all of the music i don't want on my MBP Hard Drive to S3 via JungleDisk and then point iTunes to that location? How do you guys think that would work? Too slow? Too Expensive? Give me some feedback on the idea

BTW is use 3.0MBPS-ish DSL at home

Even just for streaming the music from their servers? I can do the initial upload at school where I have a T3+ connection. Still a no-go you think?
