music stuck in backup.

hey guys,

i upgraded to 4.0
i backup my phone before hand. but i guess i didnot transfer my last purchase,
i backed up several times before upgrading.

i restored from the backup but the album is not on the iphone or on my mac.
is there a way to get it without buying it again.
could the music be in the backup?

if you go into itunes and click to buy it again it should say 'you have already bought this would you like to download it again' just click yes
