Music " Sync Pending" Status

Hi guys,
i am trying to sync some music on my Apple Watch but what i get is in the following picture attached:

The status " sync pending" stays there with no process.

Is there someone that can help me?

Pending gets going once the watch is connected to the charger. If you don't connect it it'll be pending until the next time you charge it.
