Hi,

i'm really totally newbie here after my 1st iphone 3gs back 2009 which is i can sync the mp3 in music's folder in OSX but for the new ios13 i can't see any selection for me to sync/download in my new iphone, is there any apps maybe 3rd party apps or anything i miss it?

Syncing of music from the computer to the iPhone has always been managed with settings on the computer (via iTunes on Windows PCs and versions of macOS prior to Catalina, via Finder if you're using macOS Catalina). There's no version of iOS that I know of that includes any settings/features for syncing with the computer - it's all managed from the computer.

Apple Support > Sync your iPhone, iPad, or iPod using your computer: https://support.apple.com/HT201253

If you subscribe to the Apple Music service, there's another way (which does included a setting on the iPhone): https://support.apple.com/HT204926

Thanks mate, i forgot to add my mp3 to library in itunes btw i already found the solution using 3rd party apps iMazing and AnyTrans, which is quite easy

+1 for iMazing. I really miss just drag&drop in iTunes ("manual music management" is not drag&drop:rolleyes:)...
