Music Syncing

I am hoping someone can help me with a problem I am having syncing my music. I recently got a new computer bc my last one crashed. I had lots of music on that computer that I could not transfer to my new computer. I still have all the music on my iphone but I not sure what will happen if I try to sync my phone. Will I lose the music that is no longer on my computer? How can i get all the music from my phone onto my computer. This is not music purchased on itunes its all my CDs that i put onto my computer and i really do not want to go through that again. Also I am not a fan of the new iTunes i was forced to download, can anyone explain to me how to navigate this new site and not lose all my music?

You can use i-FunBox (Free) or iExplorer ($34.99 don't know what the trial limitations are and if you can use it as a one-time import and delete it).
