Music vanish from iPhone when synced through MacBook (have iTunes match)

I have iTunes Match and I run it through my iPhone. I manage my music through iTunes, but when I plug it into my computer to sync, for some reason tracks disappear and I don't know what happened. The only way to get them back is to delete the entire album and re-download it again.

Has this happened to anyone else? Want to know if someone could explain this to me or possible solution.
