iPod Music Video to iPod Shuffle

Here is my newbie question, Can I purchase a music video from iTunes and then copy the song track to a Shuffle?
The reason I want to do this is the song is not available as a purchase; only the video.

no you cant do this... you can download a audio extractor which will lift the audio off of the file to listen to it as a seperate mp3.. but to answer your question you cant just simply add it as a track for your shuffle.. sorry

The Green Day song "Boulevard of Broken Dreams" is only available as an "explicit" version; I want to get a 'clean' version. The video is not listed as "explicit", therefore, I think the 'bad' word is removed.

Why do people feel the need to have censored versions of songs?
