Please, please could someone kindly help? I have converted my music videos with quicktime pro (exported as music to iphone) Files are now MPEG-4 Video H.264...which I believe are in the correct format. I followed step by step instructions from apple and added to itunes but they will not play on iphone, not even audio only. iphone is 3g 8gb. I would be grateful for any advice as I have spent hours trying to resolve this. Thanks.
