Music will not remember window position

I am using Catalina 10.15.6

All apps (Safari, Mail, iMessages) re-open at their last window position upon reopening

The only app that will not re-open at its last window position before closing is Music

Does anyone else have this issue (or a similar issue with a different app) that knows of a workaround?

I am also using Magnet (I have tried with Magnet turned off as well)

This issue still persists in Big Sur

Music is the only app that does not recall its position

Anyone dealing with this?
