Music won't stop playing

When I have music playing like with pandora the music continues to play even when the app is closed and removed from the multitasking pane.

Kinda strange.

Any ideas?

Can anyone else hear the music?

OK, seriously, I sometimes get weird behavior like this with another radio streaming app, but only when I'm on airplay and then go out of wifi range. The stream will start playing on my pocketed phone, which can be kind of freaky.
