Must have programs for my new MacBook Pro

Well, I just got my new MacBook Pro this week and this thing is amazing but I want to find out what programs I should get whether they be free or for a small cost. If you guys can post like your top 10 must have apps for the MacBook Pro that would help me A LOT.

Also, I am looking for more effects and stuff for my webcam but don't know the first place to look.
