Mute switch acting weird

Is anyone having issues with their mute switch? I've gone into settings and selected lock-orientation instead of mute, but no matter what I do when I lock the orientation it mutes the ringer as well...

When the switch is set to lock orientation, going into the multi-tasking bar and selecting mute does nothing as well. On 4.3.3 and jailbroken if that makes any difference.

1) Try to restore back to factory settings and see if that works

2) If step 1 doesn't work, then go to the Apple store. If step 1 does work, well then that solves it.

Use Aptbackup for Cydia apps and Appsync for Installous apps.
