Mute Switch vibration?

Hi, i have a question, when i switch the phone to silent mode, it is supposed to give a vibration feedback... well, sometimes this doesnt happen... if i turn the screen on while using the mute switch the vibration comes back, after this kind of "lag" the vibration when using the mute switch becomes normal...

Anyone experience this?
