Muxing a Quicktime screen recording with AAC audio from Piezo

I used the screen recording tool in 10.7 (Quicktime), to record a Citrix GoToMeeting. I also used Rogue Amoeba's 'Piezo' software to record audio coming in via Skype.

Simple question - What would be the best way to mux the .mov and .aac file?

If you have Quicktime Pro, you can open the audio, select all, and choose Edit > Copy. Then open the video, and choose Edit > Add to Movie. That will paste the audio stream alongside the video.

You could also use ffmpeg (typically a command line application, although there are some GUIs available) to join the two streams without recompression.
