Just downloaded the beta of MXplay, and for the first time the installer asked if I was over 13. I am 22 so obviously continued (as if any under-13 would then not).
I looked on their website for an explanation (just curious) and found this in their legal:
"Your use of the Website may be terminated without warning, if we believe that you are under 13 years of age."
Um... what? You mean they will magically know if you are under 13 and block your IP address? Do they personally have something against under 13s?
Seems odd to me. Sorry if no one else feels this way
