I've had my 13 Pro Max since day one and it still shows battery health at 100%. I'm just wondering how far fetched could this be? I've been very vigilant about never letting the battery go below 20% and I never charge past 80%. Plus I never use wireless charging because I tried it a couple times and I didn't like how hot it made my phone. My phone is still running on iOS 16.0 because I don't like to update if my phone is working perfectly which it always has.

So what do you guys/gals think? Is it possible my phone's battery capacity could still be at 100% two years later?

Great question. I have OVER 100% on my 14 Pro. At least 3 apps on my Mac, they say the same thing about percentage. I'm a light to medium user. Also shut off phone at night, unless I need it for something. rarely below 50% I also stop charging at 90% with a shortcut reminder.

I’ve got a 9 year old iPhone 6 Plus on its original battery that I’ve used every day. Today it’s battery health says 99%. I’ve kept it’s charge level between 40-80% all these years.

Is my battery really at 99%? Doubt it.
