My 2010 iMac has dead pixel

I turned on my iMac this morning and discovered a dead pixel on my screen. I'm under apple till july 27 of 2013. Is this enough for apple to replace my iMac with a new one?

Apple generally needs more then a single pixel to replace the display. Call them you never know though but I think one pixel is well under the threshold.
