Well I am new to Mac OS. When i just bought my MBP i install some programs on it, but then after a while it starts to freeze periodically (every 10 mins) when i am surfing using firefox.

What could be wrong? I have 4 gb ram so i think shdnt be a ram problem.

Is there any way to diagnose the problem??

I missed my ctrl alt del to look at system processes..

well thankss but it doesnt help at all in determining where is the problem..

it keep freezing and irritating the hell out of me

I'm assuming that you have warranty left on the computer. It seems to be either a graphics or hard drive failure. Take it to the apple store. If activity monitor is not showing something suspicious then that has to be the problem.
