So i've had my rMBP 15" since Nov 2012, first time round, i had a pixel drop on the screen and i took it to Apple to get replaced. Then my SSD randomly went, to the point where when you start it you get the folder with the '?' sign, i took it to the Genius Bar and he reset everything and checked everything and there was no hardware problem.
Today, well the past couple of days...I've had my laptop consistently restart when it goes to sleep. I've reset the power save settings to default, verified disk permissions, repaired disk partition and so on, yet it still continues to happen. I still have AppleCare of course, but i really don't want to drive 30 miles to get it fixed again. I'm running 10.10.1 Yosemite on it, 256GB SSD, 8GB RAM etc.
It seems like because i was an early adopter i might have got a faulty model that has had quite a few issues with it, i'm kind of frustrated because it's become a 6 monthly occurrence whereby something goes wrong with it.
EDIT: Also, the other day, i had it on charge, and when i went to use, i took the power adaptor off, it didn't want to start until i put the adaptor back on. After which i took it off and it ran on battery fine.
