My 3g Touch

Hi guys, i just have a few questions about my ipod touch

Its a 3G 64gig touch so i have to use blackrain atm untill greenpoison or something has been finished.

My question is, once i jailbreak, if i touch the turn off button on the top right will this stuff up the jailbreak or will it still stay in normal mode meaning the jailbreak will still be active?

also if i connect my ipod touch to another PC with itunes will i loose all my songs and apps that are currently on the touch ?
