My 4S keeps deleting all of my contacts!

It will randomly and suddenly jump to this screen:

and then it stays on there, with the "loading" spiral stopping and then starting again briefly, back and forth and continues doing this. At this point I have to power down (hold sleep and home button) and upon restarting all of my contacts are gone. Fortunately I had backed up recently, but it did this last night and then again today. Very frustrating, why is it doing this?
 
It means that Apple does not approve of the people whom you associate with. Consider if the people in your contact list are having a negative effect on your life, and if you really want to be in contact with them.

New development - it now starts glitching by every app closing shortly after opening. I then have to restart and upon doing this all of the contacts are gone.

Could you be a little more specific, like what about the jailbreak could have caused it? I haven't read about too many people experiencing problems with jailbreaks.
