My ACD is making a buzzing sound, anyone else?

Hey, I have a 23" Apple Cinema Display that makes a buzzing noise unless I set the brightness level to max.

It is a very apparent hum and it only goes away when going full throttle on the brightness or I power it off.

Any advice or ideas? Is my screen inverter bum?

I remember hearing people with 24" iMacs who had this problem as well. Try searching for it and see what you come up with.
