my english is not good,i hope u can understand what i mean

i was changed the name of "address book" to "contacts" , and it works well
but today i can not launch the address book and ichat
i click the app, and it doesn't work,blink in the dock for 1 second and quit imediately

i repaired the disk premissions and still the same issue
my friend told me to delete all the ".plist" files of address book
and i did it,but doesn't help

how can i do?
how to re-install the address book?

First thing to try is renaming it back to address book and see if the works. Try a reboot after that...

but i renamed it,restarted the computer
repaired the premissions,deleted the .plist files and etc...
none of these ways can fix this issue

so, i want to know how to re-install the address book
i wanna a completely new address book

Well you know you will lose anyone in your address book. With that in mind I would think You would have to boot from your disks that came with your computer. I never did this so I am going to leave the rest up to the experts to answer...
