My Airport Express is acting goofy - Best router for gaming and plays nice with mac?

For some reason my Airport Express stopped playing nice with my cable modem and I can't get wireless in my apartment. I can't seem to figure out the problem, any suggestions?

If I can't get it to work I plan on picking up a wireless-N router that has a few outputs for gaming, etc. I don't want to break the bank, so I was looking to get something other than the Airport Extreme. Any suggestions on a wireless-N router that will work well for gaming and play nice with Mac?

use the little button on the device to reset it to default and go through the setup again. at least that is what I'd do...

Not wireless N, but IMO the WRT54G is the best router ever made.
