My Apple messages appear inconsistently on others’ Apple devices

I’ve been chasing this problem for past few months. I post messages on my iPhone and they appear on one of others’ iDevices (iPhone or iPad) but not the other. I have a MacBook, Mac Mini, iPhone and iPad. Messages from my iPhone appear on all my devices except the Mini, where only some appear. And sometimes I receive forked threads from others. All my devices are on the lastest OS updates. I’ve ensured that all have the same settings for Messages (tried all my phone number, or all my iCloud email address).

Any suggestions? Thank you.
