My Apple TV has gone crazy.

I got an Apple TV around Christmas time and it was great for about 2 weeks. Now whenever I rent or buy a movie it tells me that it's ready to play, but it stops about 30 minutes into the movie. I'll wait another 20 minutes for it to load, but I only get 5 more minutes of viewing time. Also, whenever I go to watch or listen to podcasts the Apple TV tells me that "The iTunes Store is not available". I know the problem isn't my internet connection because I can download a movie in 15 minutes on my MacBook. I did attempt to hack the Apple TV to put Boxee on it, but I did a factory restore so that shouldn't be affecting it. Does anybody know what I should do?
