My Apple Watch Series 6 on WatchOS 9.2 seems laggy

Is this normal ?

It may just be me. I do have a new iPhone 14 Pro Max too maybe it is because of promotion on it and not having it on my iWatch ?

It seems my series 5 is not as smooth as (e.g., scroll through apps) before after updating to watchOS 9.
