Hi,

I have just bought a 3GS on PAYG on o2 and of course want to transfer everything (mail\texts\settings\applications\etc) from my 3G to 3GS. The steps I have took so far are:

1) I have backed up my 3G to iTunes.
2) I activated my 3GS with my contract SIM
3) I restored my 3GS with the backup from my 3G

This is where I am up too. Everything has restored except my applications as I noticed my 3G phone was not set to "sync" in iTunes.

However, when I go back to try and backup my 3G it says it will wipe all my applications on my 3G phone with the iTunes backup - the problem is the iTunes backup doesn't have any applications in.

I have spent a fair bit of money on applications and I don't want to lose them.

What can I do? Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks :)
