Resolved My at&t app issue

Hello people when I use the my AT&T app I get bill unavailable and it said call the number listed in the screen I rebooted the app and it showed my bill . Could it be a severe issue ? Have you people experience this issue in the past ?

If AT&T says you need to call, you'll need to call; we have no way of knowing what is wrong with your account.

It's looks like a sever issue I had to refresh the app and it loaded correctly even AT&T chat said busy
