My ATT bill is expensive!!! Am I missing anything?? Advice please.

$60.00 -700 min family plan
$9.99 each $19.98 total - add 2 lines
$60.00 - unlimited data on 2 phones
$15.00 - 200 mb data on one
$30.00 - unlimited text


Comes out to about 192.00 with tax and fees.

Is there a way to lower this bill? I read somewhere people are getting the additional lines free? Is this true.

Thank you very much for any help. Please feel free to recommend any ideas on how to lower the plan.

i don't think that's bad at all. I pay a lot more for 3 phones.

Looks about the same as mine. You should now be able to change your texting plan to include unlimitted cell to cell minutes (to and from ANY carrier) for the same price ($30) as your current unlimitted texting. AT&T just put this option out Thursday.

I also had early nights and weekends, but when I changed to the cell to cell unlimitted I dropped it.

Did that yesterday, Thanks!! I was very happy to see AT&T do that. I also did the text for free 1000 rollover minutes. 611 confirmed it's no strings attached. Be curious to see if they show up on the account in 4 weeks. I texted from all 3 phones and all three got confirmations.:)

Make sure you sign up for the unlimited mobile to any carrier if you have unlimited texts.;) Also again the 1000 free rollover minutes is legit.
 
ask if you can get a discount due to your employer, I got mine down 15% that way. ATT gives many people discounts due to who they work for
 
Have you checked on whether you have a company discount?

Can you get by with less data or fewer minutes? We've got two iPhones, and keep the bill lower with the cheapest family plan ($59.99), two 200MB data plans, the cheapest texting plans, and a corp discount.

You need to get an AT&T Rep to add you on a FAN account. If you find the right person they will add you on a FAN account even if you don't work for that company.

Try to get UPS or Coca Cola.
 
I pay 192.00 just for 2 iPhones... Unlimited talk, no text, unlimited data.
