I have an Apple Watch series 4 and I have enable passcode, when I don’t wear it and someone calls me , it rings ! WatchOS 6.1.2
Any help how to fix it?

Mine and my partners ring, when not worn and locked. Was surprised, but don’t see it as a problem. Easiest solution, turn it off.

Do you know what happens when you don’t wear your watch and it’s protected with password ? It doesn’t receive notifications calls etc..
Ok, you didn’t answer my question, but to answer yours, my watch still rings on a call while its on my desk and passcode protected.

Most likely due to:

1. connected to your home Wi-Fi
2. iOS settings, phone, “Allow Calls on other devices” is on and selected “when nearby”.
WatchOS app does not have a specific setting for this BUT for Phone being serious to Mirror iPhone then yes calls will naturally alert the Watch. You may not have a Mac that’s on, not a HomePod at home and iPhone maybe very low on charge and just plugged in or fully off at least you can accept inbound call using the Watch and use its speaker & mic.

Is there any way to stop incoming calls when my Apple Watch is locked with passcode?

What about it is bothering you? If it’s sound, then just mute the Watch before you take it off. If for privacy, then disable Bluetooth on the Watch. They added a toggle for it now in the settings on the Watch.

mid diable that feature of touring calls to another device when nearby. This is within iOS.

It’s off.Furthermore I have tried to sign out to Apple ID , to turn off WiFi from Apple Watch and iPhone , unpair and pair the Apple Watch again without result.

Sound troubleshooting right there. The only thing I can think of is that iCloud account in another device is still holding onto the Watch somehow.
When you login the iCloud.con site then settings for your devices ... after you sign out and unpair the Watch after day 30mins does the Watch still show as one of your devices?
