My bizarre Safari moment

Happened last night but only just remembered it now.
(Safari 1.2.4 on OS 10.3.8)

While searching on Amazon, the whole Safari window jiggled as if you grabbed the top bar and made small rapid circular movements for about 5-10 seconds... never seen it before or again.

Anybody seen anything like this before?

Very weird. :confused:
